Fee Refund Information

Candidates who appeared in the MCQ-CBRT Preliminary Examination held on 29/07/2025 are eligible for a refund of the examination fee. The refund will be credited directly to the candidate’s own bank account.

• Start Date: 05 February 2026 (from 14:00 hours)
• Last Date: 14 February 2026 (up to 23:55 hours)

Candidates must submit their bank account details within the above-mentioned time limit. No extension will be granted after the last date.

Step-by-Step Fee Refund Process

1. Click on the official fee refund link.
2. Enter Advertisement Number, Confirmation Number, Date of Birth, and Captcha.
3. Verify details using OTP received on registered mobile number/email.
4. Enter correct bank details.
5. Upload scanned copy of passbook or cheque (JPEG/JPG/PNG, size 50 KB to 1 MB).
6. Submit the application and save the generated receipt for future reference.

Important Instructions

• Only candidates who appeared in the examination are eligible for fee refund.
• Bank details must be accurate; incorrect details may lead to rejection.
• Generated receipt should be preserved carefully.
• No request will be entertained after the deadline.
