The Gujarat Gaun Seva Selection Board (Office: Block No. 2, First Floor, Karmayogi Bhavan, Sector–10, Gandhinagar) hereby notifies all candidates and concerned parties about the application of the “Gujarat Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2023” for the Preliminary Examination for the post of Revenue Talati, Class-3 (Advertisement No. 301/R02526), scheduled on 14/09/2025.

Important — Prohibited Acts & Legal Consequences

The provisions of the Gujarat Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2023 will be strictly enforced for this examination. Any person found to be involved in unfair means connected with this public examination — including but not limited to the following acts — will be subject to legal action under the Act:

• Any person or management/staff of an institution used for conducting the public examination who is involved in corrupt practices related to the examination.
• Any acts involving leaking, attempting to leak, procuring or attempting to procure question papers illicitly, or conspiring to leak the papers.
• Any unlawful possession, obtaining, or attempted obtaining of the question paper.
• Illegally solving or attempting to solve the question paper, or providing assistance to others to do so.
• Any person facilitating cheating, aiding or abetting malpractice during the examination in any manner.

Such offences are punishable under the Act and may attract severe punishment including imprisonment from three (3) to ten (10) years and/or a fine (as prescribed under the law).

All candidates, examination staff, institution management, transport providers and related personnel are hereby warned to strictly adhere to the law. Any involvement in the prohibited activities described above will be dealt with sternly and in accordance with the statutory provisions.
