Candidates who appeared in the MCQ-CBRT Preliminary Examination held on
29/07/2025 are eligible for a refund of the examination fee.
The refund will be credited directly to the candidate’s own bank account.

- Start Date: 05 February 2026 (from 14:00 hours)
- Last Date: 14 February 2026 (up to 23:55 hours)
Candidates must submit their bank account details within the above-mentioned
time limit. No extension will be granted after the last date.

Step-by-Step Fee Refund Process
- Click on the official fee refund link.
- Enter Advertisement Number, Confirmation Number, Date of Birth, and Captcha.
- Verify details using OTP received on registered mobile number/email.
- Enter correct bank details.
- Upload scanned copy of passbook or cheque (JPEG/JPG/PNG, size 50 KB to 1 MB).
- Submit the application and save the generated receipt for future reference.
Important Instructions
- Only candidates who appeared in the examination are eligible for fee refund.
- Bank details must be accurate; incorrect details may lead to rejection.
- Generated receipt should be preserved carefully.
- No request will be entertained after the deadline.
